The company began life as a boutique Executive Search specialist dedicated to the Executive Search and Selection in Mining and Resources, Engineering and Construction sectors.
Over the last decade, we’ve grown into one of the most reputable names in the sector, with a portfolio of high-profile clients helping to build successful management and executive leadership teams. Many mid level managers placed or coached have gone onto senior executive positions of CEO's & MD.
Our success rate is phenomenal by any benchmark, many go on to play a long term part in the succession plan of their businesses.

Prior to establishing a successful career in Executive Recruitment and Consulting, Lindsay has held a variety of Senior General Management roles with large multinationals.
Having strong commercial acumen and knowledge of various industry sectors and business landscapes within an ever-changing economy. He has also worked closely with boards and senior leadership teams on organisation design, remuneration and talent strategies.
